Staff management: webhooks, Trello, documents and AI insights

A week after the staff management release, here's the part that connects it to the tools you already use.

Outgoing webhooks. Send signed JSON events about staff, records, time off, sessions, assignments, orders and moderation to your own services.
Trello rules. Turn events into Trello cards automatically, like a card on your board for every new time-off request.
Staff documents. Link Google Docs, such as handbooks and guidelines, to your staff area.
AI insights. Bring your own key for Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or any OpenAI-compatible service and get summaries of how your team is doing. Only aliases and numbers are sent, never names. There's a monthly cap and results are cached.
Connections. One place to manage the keys and accounts for all of the above. Secrets are stored encrypted.
