RoWarden is now open to the public. Anyone can sign up, add an experience and start on the Free plan. There's no invite and no waiting list.
How it got here
I've been building RoWarden by myself, in my spare time, since March 2025, and I finished the public version on 31 October. It started as a few scripts and spreadsheets I used to moderate a Roblox experience, and it grew one piece at a time: first bans and an audit log, then analytics, appeals, the Discord bot, tickets, the in-game staff panel and staff management. For most of that time it was a side project I worked on whenever I could, not a company with a team behind it.
I'm opening it up now because it's stable enough for studios and groups other than my own, and because the quickest way to find what's still missing is to have more people use it.
What you get
- Moderation (bans, kicks, warnings, appeals and a watchlist) that applies on every server through Roblox Open Cloud.
- A Discord bot with Roblox verification, role sync and log channels.
- The in-game staff panel.
- Staff management on Plus and Pro: activity, quotas, time off and promotions.
- Tickets, forms, this forum, and a dashboard in 50 languages.
Most single games are fine on Free. Moderation, appeals, the Discord bot and the in-game panel are all included. Plus is for teams that need staff management, Discord roles and Roblox group ranks that follow each other, or the DataStore explorer.
Founding studios
I'm giving 25 groups and studios with a staff team 60 days of Plus, no card needed. In return I'd like honest feedback, including what didn't work. Details are on the pricing page.
What to expect
I'm still one person, so there will be rough edges. If something breaks or is missing, post it in Bug Reports or Feature Requests. Likes show me what matters most.
Thanks for trying it.
