B
Most of the work in moderation happens after the ban. Someone appeals, and somebody else has to figure out why the ban happened in the first place. This release is meant to make that part less painful.
- Ban appeals. Every experience gets a public appeal page. Banned players submit an appeal, your team reviews it, and accepting it lifts the ban.
- Proof attachments. Attach screenshots or files to a ban so whoever reviews the appeal later can see what happened.
- Watchlist and alerts. Put a player on the watchlist and you'll get an alert when they show up again.
- Escalation presets. Define your standard punishments (first offence, second offence and so on) so staff apply them the same way every time.
- Bulk actions for when you need to act on a list of accounts at once.
- Alt exclusion. Mark accounts that aren't alts so they stop appearing as matches in player history.
